Insulation isn't just there to keep you warm in the winter months. In the summer months insulation keeps your home cool, especially loft insulation.
Up to a quarter of a typical UK home's heat escapes through an under-insulated roof, and more still through draughty walls, floors and windows. We design and install the fabric upgrades that keep the heat where you paid for it — inside, keeping you and your family warm and comfortable. Loft, cavity and solid wall insulation, underfloor insulation, ventilation and energy-efficient windows and doors also save you ££££. They're also great in the summer at keeping you cool too!

What Energy Efficiency Systems We Install
From the roof down to the floor, each of these measures plays a different part in stopping heat loss and damp. We assess your whole property and recommend only what it actually needs.
Topped-up or fresh mineral wool laid between and over joists — usually the fastest payback of any home improvement.
Raised, boarded storage decking fitted over your insulation so you don't have to sacrifice loft storage to stay warm.
Insulating material injected into the gap between brick layers — minimal disruption, typically done in half a day.
Internal or external wall insulation for older, solid-brick properties that can't take a cavity fill.
Warm or cold deck insulation systems for extensions, garages and flat-roofed properties.
Fitted beneath suspended timber floors to stop cold air and draughts rising into living spaces.
Modern double or triple glazing and insulated doors that cut draughts and heat loss at every opening.
Background and mechanical ventilation that keeps a newly airtight, well-insulated home healthy and condensation-free.
Safe, specialist removal of old or problem spray foam insulation, restoring your roof to a mortgageable condition.
Acoustic insulation for walls, floors and ceilings that reduces noise transfer between rooms and from outside, for a quieter, more comfortable home.

I wanted to an EV Charger added to my installed solar and battery system. CT ECO Plus recommended me a range of technology options and installed the EV Charger I chose in a couple of hours. Delighted with the install. They even gave my system a check-up for free. Great service.
UK homes can cut electricity bills by hundreds of pounds a year with solar. In the summer months and beyond your home could generate all the electricity you need which slashes your bills. We design and install solar panels, battery storage and EV charging points that work together, so you generate your own power, store for later what you don't use, and charge your car overnight at a fraction of the cost. MCS-certified from start to finish. It all adds up to real, lasting savings — and a home that's ready for the future.

How It Works
Whether it's insulation, solar, battery or EV charging, we manage every stage so you're not left chasing tradespeople or paperwork.
A qualified assessor visits, surveys home and completes a comprehensive survey.
You receive a clear plan of which measures will make the most difference to your home, and an upfront cost.
Our accredited installers carry out the work, usually within a day or two, with minimal disruption to your home.
Every job is checked against TrustMark standards and signed off, with paperwork for your records and any warranty.

Every job is carried out to TrustMark, RECC and ISO-certified standards.
Recent Projects

Our national award-winning project brought a full fabric-first upgrade to a single home — loft insulation, internal wall insulation, controlled ventilation, and replacement energy-efficient windows and doors. Delivered in partnership with SWIP Ltd, it was named Insulation & Fabric Project of the Year at the 2025 Energy Efficiency Awards National Awards, recognising both the standard of workmanship and the comfort and efficiency gains for the household.

It’s a good example of how the right fabric measures and strong collaboration can cut a building’s energy demand while keeping a well-used community space warm and comfortable year-round.

Read the full case study (PDF)Cavity wall insulation is one of the most cost-effective ways to cut heating bills — insulating material fills the gap between the inner and outer walls to slow heat loss, usually with minimal disruption. Paired here with ventilation to keep the home breathing properly once it’s better sealed.
Read the full case study (PDF)Loft insulation is one of the simplest, highest-impact upgrades for most UK homes, since a large share of heat is lost through an under-insulated roof. Brought up to the recommended depth and paired with ventilation, it makes a real difference to both comfort and running costs.

Common Questions
Most loft insulation top-ups are completed in a few hours. Cavity wall insulation is typically done from the outside in half a day, with no need to move furniture or take time off work.
Properly installed insulation shouldn't cause damp. Where a home is being made significantly more airtight, we assess ventilation as part of the same visit, so moisture has somewhere to go rather than building up.
Usually yes. Heat loss through an under-insulated loft doesn't fall in a straight line as you add depth, but most UK homes built before the 1990s are well below the recommended 270mm and see a worthwhile saving from topping up.
Older spray foam can trap moisture against timber roof structures, which some mortgage lenders and surveyors flag during a sale or remortgage. We remove it safely and recommend a more breathable insulation system in its place.
Common Questions
Most home solar installations are completed in one or two days, with battery storage added on the same visit if you're installing both together. EV charger installs are usually just a few hours and don't require any structural work. Scaffolding is required and will be erected prior to the solar installation starting.
You don't need a battery to benefit from solar, but without one any electricity you generate and don't use straight away is exported to the grid rather than stored for later. A battery lets you use more of your own power in the evening, when panels aren't generating.
Most homes don't — solar panels and EV chargers are usually covered under permitted development rights. Listed buildings and conservation areas can have extra requirements, which we'll flag during your survey if relevant.
This depends on your system setup. Some battery and inverter combinations include backup power in a cut, while others don't. We'll talk you through the options that suit your home during your free assessment.
Charging at home overnight, especially on an EV-friendly electricity tariff, typically costs a fraction of the price of a public rapid charger — often significantly less per mile.
